No, the point of hiring us to give you back your time! It is important that we have communication, most people will review a list with us first, or text one in advance. We always try to ask all of our questions at that point so that for the rest of the time we can let you be. We do sometimes have things come up and we might have to shoot you a quick text, but we try to keep this to a minimum

Busy Bee requires all employees to sign a confidentiality agreement, and any violation will result in immediate termination. We understand that we sometimes work in highly personal and professional spaces, and we do so with tremendous respect and integrity.

We work with pets at home all the time, as long as they are kind to us! If you have a pet that is not comfortable with strangers, we simply ask that they be kept in a place that’s safe for everyone.

For additional time we bill at 15 minute increments, at your hourly rate, based on the package you have.

We can cover the cost of any item under $100, and bill you afterwards, for anything above this amount we require a credit card, and will provide you with receipts.

We currently are unable to drive any of our clients vehicles due to insurance purposes.

It depends on the task, for returns we will need to return labels, or QR Codes, if we are picking up RX or making appointment we will need a DOB.
There is a 3-hour minimum for all professional organization bookings.
