Hosting an event can feel daunting, instead of being a time to connect with friends and family, and enjoy creating these memories. We give you back the best parts of an event, with our event support services. The Busy Bee team will make sure that from the start to finish of your event you will not have to lift a finger.

 Event Services FAQs

  • We typically arrive 30 mins to 1 hour prior to your guest, and will start with a quick tour and ask a few questions to get your started. The Bee’s can assist in setting up food, and beverage stations, putting together simple platters, and light decorating before the event. The team will make sure everything is seamless during the event, by cleaning, clearing, refilling, and directing guests. The best part, we will do all of the clean up and help you pack up any leftover as needed.

  • No. Your Bee is there to ensure everything looks picture perfect and that your décor is on point.

  • This depends on the size of the event and how much décor you will have. It typically takes 2-4 hours for smaller events like birthday parties and showers. Large events can take a full day and sometimes even two days.!

  • It’s up to you! If you already know what you want and have the décor, great. Your Bee can also help you conceptualize the event, order the supplies, and invoice you, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

  • Yes. Quotes are all customized based on your event, including clean-up.

There is a 2-hour minimum for all event décor bookings.
